Having trouble finding your purpose

Begin the year by focusing on getting to your best self. It is a symbolic time to make a commitment to believe that we are the owner of our dreams.

No one is going to hand you your desires on a silver platter. No one or anything will rescue you. It is past time to become serious about living your life on purpose.

No more on the sidelines of life for you. You want to live a different way— go back to school, save your money, get a different job, stop eating unhealthy foods, or get away from that person who refuses to treat you the way you deserve to be treated.

Change what you have been doing and who you have been doing it with. You are the only one who can change.

You will find your purpose during the process of living your God ordained life and not the life you are merely settling for. This happens when you think that it is too late for you. It is NEVER TOO LATE!

People come into our lives for a reason and a season. Let them go when they don’t recognize who you are to the world or if they bring drama and confusion.

You should not want anyone with you who does not want to be where you are. LET THEM GO!

Begin the process by praying and asking God to give you the discipline needed to make the changes that will allow you to find your purpose.

Your purpose is embedded in your dreams. Begin to speak your dreams and begin to see them in your visions.

Take one step at a time. Don’t get too far down the road with your plans, around the corner will do for now. Do something toward your desires everyday.

You have to want to find your true purpose more than anything else. The revelation with come, not through your victories, but rather through your struggles and disappointments. Reflect back on them for the lessons. Sometimes it starts by you discovering what you don’t want.

You have to make the time to make it happen.

Make the New Year count. Afterall, you only have one life to live. Why not live it purposefully?
